Black and White Puppy
Friday, January 29, 2010
I've made a little Amigurumi dog. My first. Wanted to make a Snoopy but it turned out a bit different, especially from the back. He is very cute anyway. He might get a hat or sunglasses. I do not have a name for this cute puppy yet. - Update: the pattern is now available on my shop: kandjdolls.etsy.com

Finally a new pattern is finished. It's very Japanese and cute. It is available in English (using U.S. crochet terms) and German. Soon I will release a new free amigurumi pattern.

Jazzy the Witch might get Published
Monday, January 11, 2010
Quirk Books is working on a new Halloween crochet book. They asked if they can publish Jazzy the Witch in it. This is very exciting: never been published before. In bookform that is. There is something special to a hardcover (I hope it's a hardcover) book with photos of your own design. Quirk Books already published a crochet book: "Creepy Cute Crochet". I looked at the pattern notation in that book. I have to compress my Jazzy the Good Witch using the same pattern notation. It has to be less than 1500 words. Hope I can squeeze it. It's not definite yet but I hope Jazzy the Witch will get published.
