This free crochet pattern explains how to crochet little Kokeshi Amigurumi dolls. A basic knowledge of crochet is required.

Kokeshi dolls are traditional wooden dolls from northern Japan. They have an enlarged head. You can decorate these little dolls with flowers, bows or ribbons. You can make them as a keychain or decoration. They make a nice gift for Christmas.

This pattern is available for download:

  3. Thank you for the free patterns. I have bought several of your pattern collections for the kindle. Amazon is not allowing many of your free downloads. Please make available on Google play, I have downloaded others you have put there. THANKS AGAIN!

  4. Thanks, I will upload more patterns on Google Play in September. You want me to upload the single patterns (for 2.99) or the books like the latest Kawaii Amigurumi book (8.99)? Which titles would you like on Google Play?
