Rnd 4: Working in back loops only. Sc in each st around.
Rnd 5: (2 sc in next st, sc in next 2 sts) around. (24)
Rnd 6: (Sc in next 3 sts, 2 sc in next st) around. (30)
Rnd 7: (Sc in next 4 sts, 2 sc in next st) around. (36)
Rnd 8-14: Sc in each st around, join with sl st in first st. Fasten off.

Handle:

Rnd 1: With red, ch 2, 5 sc in second chain from hook. (5)
Rnd 2-10: Sc in each st around, join with sl st in first st. Leave long end for sewing, fasten off.

Edge of teacup:

Working in free loops on last round, with red and bottom of teacup pointed towards you, join with sl st, ch 1, sc in same st, sc in each st around, join with sl st in first st. Fasten off.(36)

(The pictures were taken for the Heart Cactus pattern. In that pattern the cup was filled with soil for the cactus. The picture for the edge shows the soil: that soil is not included in this pattern.)

  1. Corrected for the Edge of Teacup: the number of sc made at the edge of the cup. There is written 12, but must be 36.
